As more and more developers flock to Costa Rica in an effort to maximize and leverage the popularity of real estate there, it becomes obvious that a race has begun, a race against time for investors to buy up or maintain control of Costa Rica real estate, before the rest of the world begins to realize how profitable this type of investment can be. Savvy real estate investors have already picked out many of the prime locations that will very likely make fantastic vacation resort destinations in the future, once development and infrastructure has caught up. Gambling in this way on future development and infrastructure might seem strange in many instances, but in the Costa Rica real estate arena, it is obvious that strong development and interest in the area will shore up the prices of real estate in the future, making Costa Rica the perfect real estate investment area for any investor looking for the perfect real estate investment vehicle.
With the surprising nature of the popularity of Costa Rica real estate, many tourists to the area are unaware of the tremendous popularity of Costa Rica as a real estate investment area. Costa Rica Adventures-Roughing It
Sacrificing the comforts and luxuries of the upscale hotels available to most tourists and vacationers, backpackers and those who prefer to rough it have come in swarms to the Costa Rica area to experience life as it must have been in the early days of mankind's existence on the planet. Strangely enough, this concept of becoming a wilderness location destination for international travelers looking for a way to get back to the traditions of the past and the concept of camping in pure, unspoiled wilderness has brought Costa Rica a tremendous amount of new tourism and vacationing dollars, as travelers look to the available package tours and adventure packages that are available in the Costa Rica area for very little cash outlay. The reduced cost of services and products in the area are also a great attraction for so many visitors, who are interested in seeing the world up close for as little as possible. Very few locations in the world allow a human being to get back to nature in such a complete and uncompromising way as the Costa Rica rain forest and wilderness locations.

Costa Rica Adventures-The Proper Costa Rica Wardrobe
It is easy to see what type of wardrobe is recommended for Costa Rica by viewing the locals and the wardrobe that they wear on a regular basis. While there are some very ornamental and elaborate traditional outfits that the Costa Rica locals will occasionally wear for special events, they are most often dressed in simple canvas trousers and light weight tunics or T-shirts. This tendency by the native population to wear the lightest possible clothing and the lack of voluminous folds or other heavy gear is indicative of the extremely warm and balmy year-round weather. Focusing on the weather and packing appropriately is a big help to the Costa Rica visitor who wants to remain comfortable while visiting and touring the Costa Rica area.
Costa Rica offers some of the most beautiful areas in the world, including pristine and virgin beaches with sand as pure as snow. Taking advantage of the miles upon miles of ocean front and the available swimming requires some forethought in the planning and allowing for a suitable wardrobe. It would be the height of folly for the Costa Rica visitor to go all that way and arrive in the Costa Rica area only to find that their wardrobe was badly planned for. Wearing warm clothes in Costa Rica is simply out of the question, as the visitor will quickly be dehydrated and overheated.
Bringing light clothing and preparing properly for the Costa Rica environment will allow the user to enjoy a comfortable visit to the beautiful and luscious Costa Rica area.

Costa Rica-the New Frontier?
In American culture, there are very few icons that rate as highly as the American cowboy. The period of time in which the pioneers and Texas Rangers rode the plains holds a special place in the hearts of Americans as well as a large part of the rest of the world. The ability to jump on a horse, ride the range and live from the saddle while using a rope and a rifle to provide your living no longer exists in America in the modern day. There are no areas that can simply be ridden and hunted, as government territorial laws forbid this type of behavior and existence in most areas. Many would argue that with all the conveniences of the modern day, very few would wish to return to this type of lifestyle, as it would mean giving up all manner of conveniences such as air conditioning, cold and hot running water and prepared foods.
But in Costa Rica, the frontier still exists. Pioneers can enjoy hiking, backpacking and wilderness camping all throughout the unexplored and undeveloped regions of Costa Rica's wilderness areas without interference from anyone. This lush and undeveloped region is as close to the frontier as many will ever come. Planning the Costa Rica adventure doesn't take much, as all the supplies and tools that you will need can be found in the coastal cities upon arriving in the area.
After visiting Costa Rica and seeing the wealth of pristine and undisturbed flora and fauna, users will no doubt wish to plan more Costa Rica adventures in the future, or possibly even invest in some Costa Rica real estate, which can be had for nearly a fraction of what similar properties would cost in the United States and other locations around the world. Due to these low prices and extreme seclusion, Costa Rica has recently become a tourist and travel destination for many who seek to enjoy a Costa Rica adventure away from the everyday hustle and bustle of the rat race.
This sudden interest in Costa Rica has created a boom in Costa Rica real estate sales, as property buyers and investors come from all around to grab up available Costa Rica real estate. Prime Costa Rica real estate locations still exist all along the coastal region, making the area a perfect spot for real estate investors to stake their claims.

Costa Rica Travel: Arenal Volcano
The volcano has been the subject of continuous activity ever since, sending clouds of ash in the shape of a mushroom high into the sky and hurling debris and volcanic ash at over 600 meters per second into the air over a mile away from the peak of the volcano. In 1998, a small garage and occurred that forced local hotels to a vacuum weight temporarily, although the situation was quickly designated stable and no one was hurt. Tourists come to see the Arenal Volcano from all around the world marveling at its incredible majesty as it stands out against the sky. The area around the Arenal Volcano plays host to a tremendous volume of the indigenous people who have lived there for many many thousands of years and experienced all manner of eruptions, and activity from the live volcano that existed among them. Ancient religions depicted images of the God of Fire, the deity of the Guatuso Indians, the aboriginal tribe that existed in the area since before history reports.
Lava flows very in the area have been identified somewhat tentatively as dating to around 1500 A.D., which is assumed to be the date of the last major eruption for the Arenal Volcano in history.
The nearby Chato Volcano, the smaller of the two Costa Rica volcano brothers, is located to the southeast of the Arenal Volcano and is actually older than its larger sibling. The last recorded volcanic activity for the Chato Volcano dates back nearly 3500 years, which was right around the time that the Arenal Volcano was first being formed. The hollowed out top of the Chato Volcano features a lake inside and a crater featuring perfect scenery and stunning surroundings for the Coast Arica tourist.
